This moderately challenging walk start at Helwith Bridge with a low level view of the quarries. We then climb part way up Pen-y-Ghent to gain a different perspective before returning to Horton-in-Ribblesdale where we pick up the path along the Ribble, and then round the quarries to return to our start.

The Norber Erratics are one of the gems of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This moderate walk from the pretty village of Austwick goes through the Erratics before carrying on up to the strange landscape of Thieves Moss. The return leg offers spectacular views of Moughton Scar
